Do you still need a dessert for Christmas or New Year's Eve? How about giving one of your favourite desserts a little something extra? Treat yourself with a hemp apple crumble, the perfect dessert for chilly evenings.

Ingredients:

  • 800 grams apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 5 grams cinnamon
  • 3 grams cloves
  • 30 grams hemp seeds

For the topping:

  • 120 grams rolled oats
  • 60 grams hemp flour
  • 30 grams of hemp seeds
  • 60 ml melted coconut oil
  • 50 grams brown sugar

Instructions:

Mix the apples with the cinnamon, cloves and hemp seeds in a baking dish. The ingredients for the topping: Mix the rolled oats, hemp flour, hemp seeds, coconut oil and sugar well in a bowl. Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the apples. Bake the crumble at 180 °C for about 30 minutes until the topping is golden and crispy.

Serve the crumble warm. It tastes best with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy!
