This creamy porridge features our Signature Products peeled hemp seeds. Hemp seeds are a wonderful source of protein and contain all essential amino acids.
Ingredients for one portion
- 40 grams oats
- 250 ml oat milk / hemp milk
- 1 ripe mashed banana
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp shelled or unshelled Hemp Seeds
- 1 tbsp nut butter (peanut/ hazelnut/ almond)
- 1 tsp cocoa nibs
- fresh seasonal fruit
Heat up the oat milk in a small pot and bring it to a boil. Add the oats and the mashed banana. Stir and let cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Add more oat milk if needed. Turn off the heat and stir the porridge for a couple of minutes. Transfer to a bowl and add your favourite toppings.
