Recipe: Hemp seed Hummus

Do you need a break from work or just a small, healthy snack? How about an awesome homemade peeled hemp seed hummus without any additives! This recipe is super simple and fast if you don’t have much time.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup soaked sunflower seeds
- 1 Cup of peeled Signature Products peeled hemp seeds
- ½ Cup cold pressed Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Sea salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- Juice of one Lemon
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 ½ Tablespoon Tahini
- a bit fresh Coriander
Preparation:
Soak the sunflower seeds in water for a few hours. Put everything except the coriander in your blender and puree. Then add the coriander and puree again until the desired consistency is reached.
The hummus goes perfectly with vegetables, but also with chips, bread or as a dip at your next barbecue.
