If you have read the Founder Story: Florian Pichlmaier you already know that Signature Products was founded by Florian and Tobias in 2019 in Pforzheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

What began with two people now has more than 20 proud employees coming from various industries such as IT, marketing, sales and design, striving together for a healthier and happier society and future. We made it our mission to supply high quality hemp products that lead to more well being and come from a sustainable background. This goal motivates all of us to work hard every day.

Signature Products has a very young average age of about 26 years. We are a young company with fresh minds and a big mission. At the same time we are professional, trust-worthy and competent. We have gained many experiences during the last couple of years and strive to become the largest hemp supplier in Europe.

Another interesting aspect of working for Signature Products is the remote work. Every employee has the opportunity to work from wherever she or he wants. That can be the beach, a desk or the favourite cafe. We believe that happy and content workers are being more productive and energetic. Our team has employees scattered all over Europe: Valencia, Hamburg, Berlin, Lisbon and even St. Petersburg. All of us enjoy the different nationalities and backgrounds united in Signature Products.

Our daily work is characterised by flat hierarchies and independent work. This ensures creative freedom for each employee. We have regular team and mentor meetings, making sure that everyone gets involved and joins in.

Since we work together mainly digitally it is important that we don’t lose the interpersonal aspect out of focus. Once a month we have our digital get together where we chat about anything besides business, get to know each other better and play online games. Anytime the COVID-19 situation allows it we meet up together in person, at home or abroad, talk business and strengthen our team.
