Hemp is definitely the first thing that comes to my mind when I think about Signature and the reason is quite obvious. But Signature is so much more.

I was excited about the remote work concept and also the chance to work in a Startup. I mean how often do you get the chance to experience the growth and the development of a company from the beginning on.

Lisa, Jovan and I had a Marketing Get Together in Valencia, Spain last month which also included members of the rest of our team.

At the moment I agreed to work at Signature I wouldn’t have thought what a variety of tasks will develop out of this over the time, how much I would learn about hemp and that I would regularly use hemp products, like our full spectrum hemp extract, in my daily life.

One evening Tobi called me and told me that he and a friend of his were in his office and had a great business idea and that I should come and have a look at it. That day I tried CBD for the first time.

Sustainability is very important for me and so I was really hyped about Signature, because it is all about a sustainable plant. I also loved Signature’s idea of making plant based food out of hemp and wanted to participate in this movement.

From all different corners of the world, our employees gathered in Spain to exchange experiences and to take Signature Products a decisive step forward as a strong team.

It is important to us that we do not neglect the interpersonal aspect, even if we mainly work together digitally. To strengthen our team spirit, we regularly host virtual meetings where we talk about anything but business.

There are still a lot of people out there who don't know about the various possible uses of hemp, and my job as a communication designer is to let people know how great hemp is in the simplest way possible.

I like the remote concept, the familiar atmosphere, the absence of original rigid hierarchical corporate thinking and of course our product, hemp. It’s a future market, super various and sustainable.

Since I started at Signature just over a year ago, I have loved the team, the ambition and the vision.

Before I started at Signature, I didn't even know what CBD stood for, and I had trouble remembering the order of the three letters at first.

"50 Shades of Hemp" is a collection of 50 unique and beautifully hand crafted hemp leaf NFTs that show the true uniqueness and the awesome potential of the hemp plant.

Although the hemp industry is literally just blossoming and getting new wind at the moment, it is not new. Hemp has been around for forever.

We have made it our goal to produce and operate in a CO2-neutral manner by 2025 at the latest. Of course we do not rest on the fact that the hemp plant itself is already an extremely sustainable plant.

What began with two people now has more than 20 proud employees coming from various industries such as IT, marketing, sales and design, striving together for a healthier and happier society and future.
